Effective date: 29 August 2026 Last updated: 29 August 2026
Who is responsible
Inside-Sync, Lda., trading as InsideSync, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at contact@insidesync.com.
Information we receive
The website does not provide a contact form, account, newsletter, or payment service. When you book a discovery call through Google Calendar, we may receive your name, email address, company or role, appointment date and time, and any answers you choose to enter in the booking form. We may also receive correspondence that follows the booking.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in a booking or related correspondence.
How we use information and our legal basis
We use booking and correspondence information only to arrange and manage the call, communicate with you, understand your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, and maintain appropriate business and security records. We do not use it for newsletters, advertising, or other marketing.
Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a potential engagement and our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries, evaluating potential work, and maintaining appropriate business and security records.
Booking, meeting, and analytics providers
We use Google Calendar, Google Workspace, and, where used for a call, Google Meet to arrange and manage discovery calls. Google handles information provided through its services under its own privacy information.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate website use and performance. We do not send booking or correspondence information as custom analytics event data.
International transfers
Google and Vercel may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, InsideSync relies on the applicable legal and contractual safeguards made available by the relevant provider.
Retention
Information relating to an inquiry that does not result in a business engagement is normally retained for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect legal rights.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive portable information where applicable. To exercise a right, contact us at contact@insidesync.com.
You may also submit a complaint to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
Security and automated decisions
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect booking and correspondence information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
InsideSync does not use booking information to make automated decisions or create profiles about website visitors.
